Highway high mast lamps with hot dip galvanized
1. Introduction:
High-mast lighting is a tall pole with lighting attached to the top pointing towards the ground, usually but not always used to light a highway or recreational field. The pole that the lighting is mounted on is generally at least 30 meters tall, while the lighting consists of a luminaire ring surrounding the pole with one or several independent lighting fixtures mounted around it.
We provide High Mast Lighting Poles with every shape are tailor made to our customer's requirements. The high mast lighting height from 15m to 30M, even higher, the Masts shall be continuously tapered of polygonal cross section, presenting good visual appearance. Masts are often made to suit clients' particular requirements.
2. Usage:
1). Outdoor Yard lighting, Area lighting, Petro-chemical plant, Truck and bus Terminal
2). Railway yards/Ship docks/Airports/Prisons/Parking lots
3). Industrial and commercial sites
4). Overhead Power Transmission/Monopole
5). Telecom antenna mounting, Camera mounting
6). Signage for Petrol Pump
7). Telescopic Tilting Mast
3. Specification
1). Material steel: Chinese steel Q235, Q345, Stainless pipe or other material
2). Finishing: Hot DIP galvanizing with zinc coat thickness 86 microns or Powder coating
3) Shape: Tapered and non-tapered, octagonal, polygonal and round
4) Height: 30M, or as per client requirement
5) Length: Within 14 meters once forming without slip joint.
6) Thickness of bending plate: 2.5mm-10mm
7). Safety: 2.0 or as per design
8). Head Frame point suspension type better for balancing of Lantern Ring
9). Aerodynamic shape and mechanically strong to face wind speed up to 180 km/h.
10). Easiest to install as base is identical from all direction and available in direction and available in direct grouting type and Base Plate bolted type
11). Robust Door opening and locking system increase life of internal accessories
4. Term:
1) 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment or by L/C.
2) Delivery time: Depeonds on the quantity, usually is 12days.
